Here's one I find useful - when I remember! Before leaving a room, check that comfort, toileting and food or fluid are right for that patient(s). If they're likely to call you back preempt their call by arranging a time when you will come back to check on them. Most of us can wait if we know how long we can expect to wait.

Be genuine and honest in your communication with your colleagues and patients/clients. All will know if you are or not!Idea

Tips were are they? I have a few...
1. Have your breaks
2. Help each other on the ward
3. Do not pick on each other
4. Have fun with the patients and each other
