It is great Hihavaniceda that you have. CNC do alot of work but most of it is not seen. We need to be more seen as the dept of health is looking and trying to understand. The position of CNCs do not exist in every state.

A message to those peeking in here .... hi, are you a hard working Clinical Nurse Consultant ? I would just like to say that I do admire your hard work, and livicust would like to meet you .... and so would I.

Sadly in our Area many dynamic and hardworking Clinical Nurse Consultants are NOT given enough hours to cover the areas they are to cover and are burnt out .... I have seen many really good Clinical Nurse Consultants leave due to this problem.

:O + we need a crying smile here.
