I was shocked to hear the other day that workplace bullying is NOT ILLEGAL in NSW. Therefore the only way to address it is through OH&S. Document every instance of bullying and use the Hazard Register to accelerate your concerns. Oh and NSWNA, start pushing hard to eliminate bullying in the workplace.

Yes unfortunately ours comes from the top, she has performed a coup-de-ta and ousted our beloved NUM and substituted her for a year two RN with no clinical experience making it an unsafe workplace, I'm in the process of finding a new position before my registration is pulled

Some very good points their Gordo, As it was similar to when i Was at boarding school ( standing up for the elders who entered the room) at mess time they ate before us etc etc in what i am refering to is actual full on mental abuse not so much teasing

.....but in a way of a belittling manner, so the victim is a nice quiet person but not of a conflicting character, and just deals with it so yes just seeing if it happens else where as it is the first i have really heard of it in Hospitals,

takecare

HI Guys,

Alittle random i know..

Just recently a close friend of ours was involved in workplace bullying,

I personally haven't had experience at either end of the scale but i was wondering have others had experience with this,

in both the victim or witnessing it,

Regards
