Have you spoken to your local NSWNA delegate about this problem? If you don't have a branch in your workplace, call the Association for advice.

Thanks there is plenty of evidence as we document all her behaviours each shift. We have tried to speak to management about it but they are just as indimidated by her as she says that she will go to the media or the Aged Care Complaints board

Your staff and management need to have a meeting ASAP. You need to collect evidence to prove that this resident is being manipulative and putting in false complaints. Good Luck!

Just wanting to know i work in an Aged Care facility where one of the residents are constantly bullying and harrassing staff memebers running them down, being nasty, rude, putting in complaints which are not true, unfortunately she has also intimidated mangement so they are on her side. We are walking on egg shells around this resident this is not fair that we have to put up with this is there anywhere we can go about this as management will not help us.
