Greetings and salutations in this, the year of Our Lord, two thousand and twelve, under the most gracious protectorship of our beloved majesty, Queen Elizabeth II Regina, Queen of The Commonwealth of Australia, her domains and chattels, and the peoples there of ... Be it known, as previously said forth by the good person here within, that I, GORDO, resident of and within the State of New South Wales, do summarily agree with said good person's proclaimation. Be it known.

Ever just sat down and read By-laws or Policy docs?

Drafting of such impressive documents is easy, however too little is given in the use of modern language of today. Most contain 1850 / 1930 / 1960 / 1980's  past years of now non applicable regulations due to language selection. Clauses remain and continue to be transcribed-copies only...no new input I suggest.

As ambigious as ever and most do not express the 'intent'. To me it is all English and ' Everything that can be put into words can be put clearly '. Legal language is no different. Simple issues may be contained in Policies, however they can't be enforced due to the wording.........and we ........ only have the wording to direct us as writen to be read.  Many were drafted, changed, redrafted so we have them now. "Ours is not to know nor interparate the ill drafting missing intent ".

Many are a joke I suggest and we of N S W N A can improve our industrial positions if we effect change by asking for it. Why put up with anything as it is and remain upset at work of on the way home?

E.g. :- Clinical issues in adim of injections exist. SIMPLE and easy to follow..BUT even in these pages and pics we see no gloves in use. Policy or intent??

My point is many of us retired nurses can be and should be employed ..part- time [[approx 20hrs per wk]] to go over and make representation so better lexicon is introduced into 2012 and times ahead. This can be undertaken of campus so no O H S issues are given to avoid this being 'railroaded'.

Do others agree please?
